Yayoi Sawa is one of Daigo's friends and teammates in his junior high baseball club in the MAJOR 2nd manga often playing as second base man or pitcher.

She appears as a tall blonde-haired girl, presumably one of the tallest in Daigo’s middle school baseball club.
Character[]
Yayoi’s personality can be described like “sugar and ice” as she appears to be calm and distant at times (as shown with her arms crossed most of the time) but is a very kind and friendly girl. Despite her beautiful appearance, is quite strong and flexible on the baseball field and like many “common” girls she is quite social with her friends as well as newcomers. She also has her own sense of humour; pouring water down on Akita Nishina when he begged for water after being worn out from drills. Yayoi is also aware of other people’s feelings, as shown when she revealed to her best friend Tao Sagara that she knew about Sakura Mutsuko having a crush on Daigo, and stated that it would be nice to have a crush on someone on their baseball team, showing she has some romantic taste.
