She is one of Goro's Seishu's classmates, and later, one of his teammates.
She and Kaoru Shimizu develop a rivalry due to their attraction towards Goro.
History[]
Nakamura knew Fuji ever since they were little. While running to baseball practice, Fuji accidentally knocked Nakamura down the stairs, which ended her career in track. While upset at him for the accident, it is implied she was much more upset at him for not coming to see her and leaving her alone in the hospital while she recovered.
When Goro Shigeno first transfers to Seishu, she initially agrees to the idea of forming a baseball team mainly because of his looks and declares herself to be the manager. As Goro shows that he is serious however, she works to learn the rules of the sport and is happy at being able to do something other than track.
After Goro is injured following the game against Kaido, she has an outburst at Fuji, who is hesitating to see him in the hospital and it is hinted that years ago, Nakamura wanted Fuji to visit her.
At the end, she is seen in Goro and Kaoru's wedding photo while hugging Fuji's arm.
