Summary[]
Now, with team complete, Goro and the others will play against the amateur team, Attacks, in order to keep their field and team. Goro makes a 2 run home-run at the start of the game, but the Attacks score easily against him and ties in the game. As the game progress, the Mifune Players take Goro off the mound and put Komori as a pitcher, but soon after, Goro is back to the mound.

The bully encounter at the beginning of chapter 031 was cut from the anime. In the anime version of the batting center scene, only the training section is shown.
