Summary[]
The match against the Kaido Jr. team starts. As the game goes on, is revealed that Goro isnt serious at his pitching and is making a defense training. When the Kaido Jr. team discovers that, they mark 4 runs, what make Goro's starts being serious. At the top of the 2nd, Goro scores a solo home-run. After that, Shimizu also scores a run, the count is 6-2 for the Kaido Jr. team. Egashira puts his plan in action and injures Goro's right foot.
Manga and Anime Differences[]
In the manga, after Shimizu scores his run, Fuji also hits and scores a 2-run home-run, making 6-4 for the Kaido Jr. team. In the anime, he is simply striked out and the game ends in 6-2.
