Summary[]
Yamada recruits Hideki and Kashimoto (Yokohama Little's coach) to train Seishu, but everybody ends up leaving the club because of their hard training, except Fuji. After talking to Fuji, he goes to a batting center, where he meets the first years. There he discovers that they really like baseball, but left the club because the training was so hard and Kaido was a objective too huge for them. Goro tells them that he will teach them the basic himself, and they agree to continue in the club. Uchiyama and Miyazaki are still refusing to return, but, after spending some time with them and learning about their lives, Goro finally convince them to return.
Manga and Anime Differences[]
Shuichi Kashimoto's appearance in this episode is original to the anime. In the manga, Hideki trains the Seishu team alone.
