Summary[]
The reason about the Kaido manual creation is explained. After the conversation with Shizuka, Goro goes after the chief-assistant hoping to stay in Kaido, there he confronts the 4th batter of the Kaido Varsity team, Sengoku.
Manga and Anime Differences[]
The initial meeting with the Kaido coaching team from chapter 266 is cut in the anime adaptation. Furthermore, in the manga, Egashira punches Goro when they first meet in the manga. In the anime, he simply scolds Goro for being rude.
