Summary[]
Goro strikes out Silva with his fork. At the top of the 7th, Goro and Kyoshiro scores 2 runs, its 7-4 for Venezuela now. Toshiya is now at bat, Valenzuela joins as the Venezuela pitcher. Toshiya scores a grand slam, its 8-7 for Japan now. At the bottom of the 9th, Goro strikes out Silva again and successfully closes the game, Japan wins by 8-7. After the game, the Japan team is discussing about their next opponetn: Korea. Tendo, one of the Japan pitchers tells them that their victory against Venezuela was nothing more than lucky.
