Summary[]
The fork is falling too early
The match between the Young and All Japan teams starts. The All Japan scores 4 runs against Katori in the 1st inning. In the 2nd, they scores 4 more runs against Akutsu. 8-0 for the All Japan. Goro joins but his fork has no effect. Toshiya makes him continue to pitch fork's, but he pitches a normal gyro. Kyoshiro hits and scores 3 runs. 11-0 for the All Japan.
Manga and Anime Differences[]
The match was extended in the anime version. In the manga, the All Japan team scores 5 runs against Katori in the 1st inning and Goro joins the match immediatly. In the anime, they only score 4 runs before the end of the inning. They also scores 4 more runs against Akutsu, who joins in the 2nd inning. In the manga, Akutsu never joins the match.
