After winning, Daigo explains that their next opponent is actually weaker the Itsuki and Seiwa Middle. With that, Fuurin returns to the stadium to watch Eihou's match, a team who won the previous two tournaments and the one Daigo believes they will play against in the final match on the following day. However, Sawa and Sagara leave the stadium after hearing about Eihou, since they think Fuurin simply doesn't stand a chance.
