Anita's backstory with Chisato is revealed. In the present, Anita scores a two-run homerun off of Urabe, and regains her composure. Anita's homerun ties the game and the first inning ends. However, the game quickly reaches a stalemate, as no one scores until the fifth inning. During the sixth inning, Anita injures her hand trying to stop Seiwa's attack. Seiwa scores, and Anita's injury keeps preventing her from playing well. At this point, Daigo replaces her as catcher, and Anita goes to the left field to replace him.
